Both — your choice per supplier. You can configure auto-send for suppliers with a connected email or EDI integration, or set any supplier to "queue mode" where triggered POs land in a one-click approval list. Most sellers start in queue mode for 30 days, then flip their trusted suppliers to auto-send once they are comfortable with the logic.
How does Replenix calculate my reorder point?
Replenix uses your actual sell-through rate (units sold per day, averaged over the trailing 30/60/90-day window you choose), your supplier lead time, and a safety buffer you configure. When projected stock-on-hand at delivery date drops below your minimum threshold, the trigger fires. You can override the sell-through average with a seasonal multiplier for peak periods.
Where does the landed cost data come from?
You supply it. You can import from a supplier invoice CSV, connect a Shopify or purchase order management tool, or enter it manually per SKU. Replenix handles the FBA fee side — it pulls your size tier, current fulfillment fees, referral rate, and monthly storage charge directly from Seller Central and applies them automatically.
What Amazon account access does Replenix require?
Standard MWS API authorization — the same read access that Amazon-approved third-party tools use. Replenix reads your catalog, inventory levels, sales history, and fee data. It does not have permission to modify your listings, change pricing, or access your payment information.
Does this work for wholesale sellers, or only private label?
Both. The Margin Analyzer handles multi-supplier SKUs and can store separate landed costs per supplier. The Restock Dashboard works the same way regardless of sourcing model. The Sourcing Radar is most useful for private label expansion, but wholesale sellers use it to evaluate new brands before taking on inventory.
What happens if a supplier changes their price after I set up a rule?
Replenix flags the margin change immediately on the Margin Analyzer and suspends automatic PO generation for that SKU until you review and confirm the updated landed cost. You will receive an alert before any order is triggered with stale cost data.
